Return Policy
At Almost Normal, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your item(s), you can return them within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below:
Conditions for Return
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• All original tags and packaging must be intact.
• Final sale items, including discounted or clearance items, are not eligible for return.
• Items purchased with store credit are not eligible for cash refunds but can be exchanged or returned for store credit.
How to Make a Return

2. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
3. Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and process your refund within 5-7 business days. You will be notified via email once the refund is issued.
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same item. To request an exchange, follow the same process outlined in “How to Make a Return.” If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a prepaid shipping label and offer either a full refund or a replacement.
